“ My husband and I enjoyed another nice dinner at Gio's. My husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce....delicious! Im on a special diet and can only eat veggies. They were kind enough to steam some veggies for me. ”
“ Love the small town atmosphere, with an elegant and cozy vibe. Great staff, friendly and attentive. My food alleries make me a friendly, but complicated, customer. The owner Steve went thru the entire menu showing me what they can modify and I found the blackened chicken reast over roasted rosemary potatoes and vegetables as a new favorite dish! Thanks Steve! ”
“ I typically love eating here, but tonight my boyfriend and I decided to order for take out got our meals and were exited to eat our food. The pasta seems great, however upon opening our bread from the foil that came with it, we immediately saw that our bread was ridden with mold. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I am scared to eat the rest of my meal given the state of the bread. I understand mistakes happen, but serving molded bread should never be okay, this is either a supplier problem or staffs problem for not checking the food thoroughly. Like i initially stated, I love eating at Gio’s, but this makes hesitate any further visits. I hope this could be resolved quickly. Edit: I reached out to Tonya, who is what I presume to be the manager there. She apologized for the mistake that was made and said to bring the food back today (as by the time I had realized the bread was bad they were already closed) when I brought it her and the head chef profusely apologized for the mistake, and remade the order for no additional charge. You could tell by the way they were talking that their apologies were as sincere as can be. Thank you Tonya, and to the chef as well for making things right. ”
“ Excellent service and quality pizza, one of the best pizza ever have. Pizzas are being made by owner, amazing!!! ”
“ My daughter and I were starving, and I was craving pizza. It's been a while since I've been to Gio's. The last time I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was excellent. I've never had the pizza here. I ordered the pepperoni and my daughter the cheese. The waiter was very attentive and got our bread and oil out quick. Thankfully, because my stomach was empty. We ordered our pizza and it was out in less than 10 minutes. Pretty good for hand tossed pizza. It was excellent. The sauce was amazing, as was the cheese and pepperoni. So very happy we stopped in. We were very pleased. My only complaint, and it's not a deal breaker, but I would have loved to hear some great Italian music as we ate. No issue though. ”
“ This is a local Italian restaurant (not just pizza). The food is always made from scratch and you can taste the freshness of the produce used in the dishes. The service is usually really good (waiting is a first job for a lot of the kids in the area). They get with a smile and always happy to help. When we want our pasta fix this is where we go. ”
“ What a great place to enjoy some delicious pizza . I opted for a calzone, came out hot, fresh and tasted delicious. Lunch portions are pretty good size as many could have shared a plate. We had a large party of 10 and out waiter Cookie handled us without a problem. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch. We'll be back soon. ”
“ If you're craving some Italian food, this is definitely a place to check out. They have a great selection of pizza. We were craving pasta. I ended up ordering a salmon with a picatta sauce with artichokes and capers. The salmon was cooked perfectly! My wife got the chicken picatta...the sauce is amazing and the pasta was cooked perfectly. We ordered the caprese, which was okay, but I've had better at other places...it lacked flavor to me...maybe add some more balsamic. We ordered drinks as well. The service was amazing and very attentive!! Definitely recommend and can not wait for our next visit to try something else!! ”
